Exhumation - After Funeral Ritual Services

Exhumation is the process of removing a body from its burial site for relocation to a new burial site or relocation to a niche tower.

In Singapore, exhumation is subject to strict regulations and guidelines set by the National Environment Agency (NEA). It is only allowed after a certain period of time has elapsed since the burial, and a permit must be obtained from the relevant authorities.

The exhumation process requires careful planning and execution to ensure that the remains are handled with sensitivity and respect.

If you are considering exhumation and wish to seek guidance. Please contact our funeral directors who can provide more information.
